1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

4.2 Account Restrictions

Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. Accounts found to be sharing IP addresses, devices, payment methods, or household addresses may be flagged for investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You agree that all funds deposited into your eman77 Account:

• Are deposited from a payment method registered in your own name

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time subject to the following conditions:

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method and verification status. VIP members enjoy faster processing times. eman77 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Gameplay Rules

When participating in games on eman77, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet once placed unless eman77 identifies an error

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to price and availability at the time of confirmation

7.3 Casino Games

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your eman77 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you
• Active bonus balances and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited
• You may request a permanent self-exclusion if you wish to prevent future account reopening

10.2 Termination by eman77

eman77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are unable to verify your identity or detect false information
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination by eman77 for cause, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Only the original deposited amount (if verified as legitimate) will be returned.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account or any aspect of eman77 services, you agree to follow this resolution process:

12. Changes to Terms
